Terms of Service

All artwork, images and content are the property of Carrie Caulkins. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior permission. 

Sales: All sales of original artwork are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Every effort is made to accurately represent each piece.

Commissions: Commissioned artwork is created in collaboration with the client based on an agreed direction. A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the balance due upon completion prior to delivery. Commissions are priced based on size, typically ranging from $1,700–$6,400. A detailed quote will be provided after initial consultation. Note that deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Completed commissions are final sale. Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks. 

Delivery: Shipping costs will be discussed prior to purchase. If artwork arrives damaged, please contact within 48 hours with documentation by using this form.

Returns or exchanges: Due to the nature of original artwork, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the piece arrives damaged.
